Named for the lively space between the forest canopy and underbrush, Understory is a vibrant community hub, culinary market and public space changing the downtown Houston experience.
This expansive, light-filled space features a rotating Sawyer Yards art exhibit, an assortment of games and places to meet, eat, drink and enjoy in comfort. Featuring eight distinct food experiences, Understory transforms the downtown Houston food scene.
Experience local food, custom cocktails and upscale coffee for extended hours in a beautiful setting at the entrance to Houston’s Tunnel System.

Where Can I See it?
All can sculptures will be on display at Understory until November 12th.
All of the cans used in the installation will be donated to The Houston Food Bank.

Garage Entrance & Exits
The garage entrance is located on Travis Street and the two garage exits are located on Rusk and Travis Street.
Entering Building From Garage
To enter Bank of America Tower from the Garage, you must go down to Level 1 or the Understory (Tunnel Level).
